We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel! The location couldn't be better - right in the heart of the city, making it easy for us to explore all the main attractions on foot. The staff at the reception were incredibly friendly and welcoming, going above and beyond to ensure a smooth check-in process. The room was spacious and well-equipped, with plenty of electric sockets, a fridge, kettle, and a comfortable desk where we could work. The free WiFi was reliable and the armchair provided a cozy spot to relax. The room was spotlessly clean and the added touch of providing shampoo and shower gel was much appreciated. The hotel even had 24-hour room service, which was a convenient option for us. We were truly impressed with the amenities provided, such as the three huge mirrors and the soft lighting behind the headboard, perfect for a relaxed evening of watching TV. The in-room facilities, including ironing board, teas, coffee, and a mini fridge. We were thoroughly impressed and would definitely recommend this place for its exceptional quality and comfort.

Our stay at Leonardo Hotel Chester was fantastic. The location was perfect for exploring the city, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. The room was clean, modern, and extremely comfortable. We were pleasantly surprised by the soundproofing, as we couldn't hear any traffic noise. The breakfast was delicious, and we enjoyed the variety of options available. we had a great experience and would highly recommend this hotel.
While our stay was mostly positive, the temperature control in the room was limited. The air conditioning could only be set to a minimum of 19C, which made us a bit too hot at night.

We absolutely loved our stay! The hotel is perfectly located, right in the city centre, making it convenient for shopping, dining, and exploring this beautiful city. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, with a spotless room and comfortable beds. The staff were so friendly and accommodating, ensuring we had a wonderful experience. The breakfast provided a great range of choices and was available for a good amount of time. the hotel facilities exceeded our expectations, providing everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

The hotel is conveniently located in the city centre, making it easy to explore the area. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with triple glazed windows to keep out any noise. The breakfast selection is delicious and plentiful, and the staff are friendly and helpful. There is also a lovely restaurant area and a bar with a friendly bartender who goes above and beyond to ensure guests are comfortable.
The bar area can get a bit chilly in the evenings.

the location was great, with easy access to bars, restaurants, and a convenient Tesco nearby for snacks and drinks. I also appreciated the little details, like the rose petals and swans on the bed for our anniversary.
The room was quite small and didn't quite match the photos online. the check-in time was quite late at 4pm, which felt a bit inconvenient considering the price.
